Ardrossan Angus graze cattle on the border of New South Wales and Victoria in the Southern Riverina and Upper Murray districts. The operation has largely been developed through the use of artificial breeding and embryo transfer.
Ardrossan Angus has 650 Herd Book Registered (HBR) Angus breeding females these females complement our extensive Ultrablack and commercial herd consisting of 2000 females. The strong focus over several decades in the Ardrossan herd continues to be structural soundness, fertility, and industry focused breeding.
We are fortunate to operate in the high rainfall zone allowing us to produce high quality pastures for our cattle to graze.
This allows our cattle to have access to a high quality nutritional diet throughout many seasons.
